Screen printing involves creating a stencil (printers call this a “screen”), and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look.

Do you have a quantity minimum?

Although our minimum order for Screen Printing is 24 pcs, we do offer other options such a Direct-To-Garment printing and Dye Sublimation for less than the minimum amount of shirts. Click Here to read more

What is your Turnaround Time for Screen Printing?

Our Turnaround Time for screen printing is between 5-7 Business Days for standard orders, unlike other print shops that offer 7-10 business days. We do offer rush services of 3-4 days depending on the complexity of the job. Although every order is different, we do our best meet your deadline needs. Sometimes, we can even pull off the impossible.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

We can ship a sample, unprinted item to you for a small fee. The sample will generally arrive within 1-2 business days. If you need a printed or embroidered sample, please call us at (954) 749-9610. There is a significant setup time required for these samples, so the cost can vary.

How do you ensure color accuracy?

We use the PMS Pantone Color Matching system to ensure the closest match to what you’re looking for. Virtual proofs and/or mockups will be emailed for approval prior to production. Because all monitors and devices display colors differently, we use the Pantone colors to ensure accuracy (Downloadable Pantone PDF) . If you don’t know which Pantones to use, we have a full art department available to assist you.

How should you submit your artwork to us?

To ensure the highest quality print, we recommend using the highest quality Vector artwork files to begin with. These include formats such as .AI Illustrator, .EPS or Vector PDF files. We can use raster (pixel-based) formats such as .PSD Photoshop, JPEG, or PNG as long as they are high-resolution (300 dpi) at size. You can email us the files directly or CLICK HERE to upload files.

How can I get a quote?

You can get a quote quickly in the design studio. You select a product, the artwork, click on “Get a Quote”, and then enter the quantity. You can also call us directly for a quote.

How is the price determined?

The price per shirt depends on a few variables within your order.

  1. Type Style of Garment
  2. Number of ink colors in the artwork (more ink colors, the greater the cost)
  3. Number of print locations for the design
  4. Quantity of shirts in the order (the more shirts you order, the less you pay per shirt)

What if I don’t have a Design Created yet?

We’ve made it easy for you! You can either use our online Design Lab to choose from 1000’s of customizable clipart elements or choose from one of our existing design templates. Need something else designed? We have a full in-house Art Department of Graphic Designers at your disposal.

What is your maximum imprint area for Screen Printing?

Our maximum imprint area is 15” Wide x 17” Tall, depending on the shirt style/size. Generally, both Youth & Ladies shirts have a max imprint area of 9.5”: Wide x 14” Tall. The maximum imprint area for sleeves are 3.5” Wide x 3” Tall for short sleeves and 3.5” wide x 15” tall for long sleeves & pants. 3.5” Wide for shorts. Of course, these imprint sizes will vary depending on the garments being printed.
